Our mission is to:
Explore all possibilities in improving education through design;

Core Activities
The current scope of research activities in the lab includes, but is not limited to
a. the study of school learning environments to support teaching and learning effectiveness for design education at the pre-tertiary level.
b. the study of key elements (that include curriculum development, teaching and learning strategies, assessment for learning, teaching and learning tools, etc.) required in the development of critical thinking and creativity through design education at the pre-tertiary level.
c. the study of design education at the tertiary level to establish and clarify the necessary knowledge and skills to be developed at the undergraduate level relevant to respond to the growing regional and global issues.
